Butterfly Kimono Sleeves Blouse

This is one of the more "fancy" tops sold at Forever21. The material is better than most of the tops. After 7 years it is still in very good condition. The top has a peacock feather like pattern. The top runs slightly short. The bottom part of the blouse is almost like a wide stretchy waistband that fits at the bottom of your waist like a man's cummerbund.
