Butterfly Sleeve Floral Dress with Tie

Round neck butterfly sleeve dress w/ decorative tie belt. Flowers Brand: Magazine Size Small Keyhole in the front with button & loop closure. Belt is a fabric belt that may be tied where you wish May wear w/ keyhole in back instead of front. Labeled as 100% silk but I don't know if it is. Tag says to handwash & line dry. I accidentally machine washed & dried it once. Never wore this because it doesn't look right on me. The top feels too big & empty. I guess it's for someone with a bigger chest
