Carol Turner is a local designer. The Carol Turner Collection is company in our area that hires local seamstress to manufacture all her clothes. If you can afford her clothes in our area you are of a special society. She does import the finest materials. I do own a few other pieces of her items but I’d probably own more if she catered more to the Plus size of the spectrum. Occasionally I can find a few items that fit my cubby butt in her Outlet sells. Clothes are made limited and she also sells off of her website.
