Butterick 3130 Retro 1940s Off the Shoulder Top and Flared Skirt Pattern cut Size 8-10-12 Brand: Butterick Cut/Uncut: Cut Retro Butterick '48 sewing pattern 3130 to make an off-the shoulder peplum top and full, ankle-length skirt. This pattern was reissued in 2001 and brings back the original 1948 pattern but in modern sizes. Pattern is cut to separate pattern parts for ready for use (can be further cut to any of the three sizes), but not damaged. See last photo for a size chart with measurements. Misses'/Misses' Petite Top & Skirt: Close-fitting, interfaced, lined top has shaped neckline, above-elbow sleeves, peplum and side zipper. Flared skirt, above ankle or ankle length, with waistband and side zipper.
