Buttery leather fanny pack Vtg Firenze adjustable Rare Italy

I believe this is lambskin because it is so soft, there is not a marking on it but I recall it came from Firenze who had a store in my hometown Santa Barbara, when I got it in the 80s. Please see picture for tiny hole in the bottom but the hole does not go through to the sturdy lining, A type of taffeta fabric. Strap is adjustable. Was well taken care of until the movers got here, it has five pockets including 2 “secret compartment “pockets on the sides. Very rare.
