@whitey100Just got the patches, Thank you so much for being prompt. Before I accept this delivery, I wanted to let you know that these are not what I expected. They're about a third of the size And not the quality I had hoped for. I paid a bit of money for patches and some aren't even a half inch wide. I'm not sure what you'd like to do, I'm open to suggestions as you've been kind and I don't want to leave a less than stellar review. Thanks a million!

@redhotmama I recieve so many notifications every day that I missed this comment! Sorry for the late response! To clarify for you, iron on patches are not very big hence why these are the size that they are. They are used for backpacks, to spice up clothing, etc. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can ask poshmark for your money back but I'm not sure what you see wrong with the items.

@redhotmama Also, you said there was a stain on one of the patches but that was the way that iron-on patch is made, and that was how it appeared in the picture when you bought it. I'm also very confused as to why you gave me a good review and didn't ask for your money back right away. To be clear, a return includes the tester of hemp lotion and all of the free goodies you've received from me, the stickers and all items received in your package the day you received it.

@redhotmama but If you would still like to do a return, just contact poshmark and let them know you would like to make a return and they will open a case about it. After they open the case, they will ask for both sides of the story and it will be about a week or two before they decide what to do about the situation😌

@whitey100 how about you send me your email address so that I can send photos because I can't figure out how to send photos through Posh. The reason I want my money back is because it's not the quality that I felt that it should be for the price that I paid… Also they are a lot smaller than I thought they would be. Maybe letting people know what size they are would be helpful.

i only have 1 of each of the ones i sent to you so i can't just send you more for free i would be losing a lot of money buying them individually for you and shipping them with my own money which would be more than I'm even making... i also only make half of what i sell since poshmark takes a huge chunk of my earnings so i can't just send you cash in the mail that i don't even have..

Each of those patches go for around 10-15 dollars each so you honestly got an amazing deal on those beautiful patches. you can look it up on google, all iron-on patches are that size and no bigger. if you return them i can re-sell them to other poshers that would be dying to buy it!

Also to clarify, i don't really care about getting a good review... a good review isn't the point of poshmark, id rather see people happy with their package than get a fake review on an item the person didn't even keep. i also find it kind of weird that you don't want to do your return through posh, it seems a bit off to me. i have already reached out to postmark support in terms of what i should do so ill let you know what they say. you will be notified when they open a case on your purchase.

@whitey100 don't want or need attitude from someone pushing dime store product. There's not a chance the these patches were 10-15 unless you're talking about cents. I have no interest in giving you a fake review, I've stated that YOU were on top of it but this product was below par. I didn't want to go through Poshmark because I wanted to reach out to you first. I was trying to give you the chance to make it right.

@redhotmama I have never had one complaint about ANY of my products!! Each of those patches is hand embroidered and quality and I don't have an "attitude", I was stating that it is very out of line to ask for your money back from me instead of going through poshmark. It states in poshmark's terms and conditions that all returns MUST go through posh so I was being ethical.. I like to follow the rules, not break them! They are rules for a reason
