The brand is Style and Co. Size Medium, button down front. It has a contrasting polkadot fabric inside cuffs and around collar. Too small for me now, but I got a lot of compliments when I wore it. I added a piece in the back so if you where a large,it will fit. If you wear a medium, it will drape in the back.
