Button Up vintage dress brown pattern size medium

Really adorable vintage dress with buttons, tie, zipper. Size is approximately size medium. Purchased in a vintage shop in Dublin but too small so my loss is your gain! Doesn’t have a brand on it. Great condition although some light fraying on the sleeves and minor wear
