This dress is the cutest. It’s a mix btwn business & casual. It is completely button down with a belt that comes with it. It still has the tags as its brand new. I’m just not sure if I’ll ever wear it & it’s too cute to hang on a rack. It’s got cap sleeves & all the pockets button. It’s a good length as well. It comes about mid thigh on me.
