Button down dress

Button down dress. Hits just below the knee. Tweed like material. Three-quarter inch rolled, buttoned sleeves. Belted and has shoulder pads. The color is a dark blue/black. I honestly can’t decide which color it truly is. Size 12 but more like a 10. Could use a good dry cleaning.
