Black and White Paisley button down blouse with lace inserts on either side of button placket and right above the fluted sleeves. It has accordion pleats 3/4s of the way down the bodice and is fluted the rest of the way, ending with a curved hem. The sleeves mimic this design. It is an extremely flattering cut and can be styled in many ways. Approximate measurements are:
Shoulders - 20 in
Sleeves - 21 in
Bust - 21 in but is expandable due to accordion pleats
