Buyer Beware

The first picture is what I purchased the 2nd and 3rd photos are what I received now that I made a complaint this seller is saying That myself or the post office damaged these shoes 1st off you sent me rhe wrong pair of shoes and secondly they are damaged these shoes were purchased for my sweet babygirl for our holiday family photos and now my money is on hold and my daughter has no shoes to wear due to this sellers negligence she us claiming I am harassing her because I want buyers to beware
