@kristintram These are the pics you should have taken of the jacket before selling it to me for $50 and said you only wore it a few times. You don't get that much wear and tear with a few times of wear with real leather. It is either a cheap jacket or you had owned it and wore it much more than you described. I asked if it was in good enough condition to give as a Christmas gift and you told me absolutely. How can I give my new daughter in law this jacket with this much wear. I guess I took a chance like I said and didn't get what I asked for. 😕

Again if you read back the messages we sent each other, I asked you if it was in like new condition and if I could give it as a gift. You assured me you had only worn it "a couple of times" , I even said I am going to have take your word for it. The price has nothing to do with it hon......it's your integrity. And lack of it. I can't very well give this "used" jacket to my daughter in law. It's not in "only worn a few times" condition. You are selling some high priced items on your page. You might want to be sure you describe them better than you did with me. Poshmark is an honest shopping forum. I probably should have gone to customer service but I'm hoping you do better to the next person.

I am an honest posher my self! I follow all posh rules now!! Not everyone out there is honest Posher's! Take care! @pattycard WOW!!!! These are post that are very disappointing for Poshers who deliver great products and are honest in their description. I sorry this happened to you but please don't let this incident destroy the trust with other Poshers. I have purchased great things on this sight and have not been disappointed. I've had this kind of thing happen a few times to me but I always return them. One lady gave her return address as post office address so Posh had me send it to them until they got her proper address and still refunded me. They do protect you from these kinds of things. It makes me so mad because I sell great stuff at low prices and I'm honest. I just don't understand dishonest people like that. But I have gotten many very nice things too. So I continue to shop, keep the good and send back the bad!

I had bought a TB bag and it was horrible! Had to decline the purchase and sent pics of all the wears, stains, scuffs to Poshmark & they canceled the order and have me my money back and sent me a label to email it bank to the seller!! As long as u don't trade and u don't buy something on here via PayPal then ur good to go! If item is not as described then u will get it money back guaranteed!

@pattycard I to am so sorry this has happened to you. I have been buying and selling for a month or so now. I've been very lucky to have so far never been lied to. I love Posh and I sell used clothes. That is not a excuse to sell something that crappy. I would never ever sell anything in that condition. Again i'm sorry a fellow seller did this to you. 💗
