By Anthropologie Ruffled V-neck Mini Dress

NWOT. Never worn beautiful crisp white dress. Slips on over head. I’m too afraid to wear pure white lol. Needs to be steamed as I kept it stored folded in bag to keep it white and clean. Small lipstick mark on inside flap of seam at bust line (see photo) that CANNOT be seen unless dress inside out. I didn’t try to wash it out. Guessing it happened when someone tried it on in store. No other flaws or issues.
