It has a fitted cut but not too fitted since it has a straight hem. It will fit a 38 chest.

I the extra button on the. sleeves have been my brand signature. I decided instead of putting labels and chest embroideries to use this little detail to distinguish my garments from the crowds of product. That and having them all made in New York's Garment district.
