Talbots stretch. Worn a few times, literally. Made of 98% cotton & 2% spandex for a little give. Zips up the front, closes with a regular button and 2 metal slide buttons which keeps the tummy flat. Side pockets and back pockets, because what’s a pair of walking shorts without pockets. Garment measures 16.5” across the waist, 20” across the hips and are 22.5” long. I’d say these are like new, minus the almost missed spot on the bottom back of right leg. See last picture. I bet some spray & wash would do it.
