Chiffon feel and is so pretty!!!! Slits on each side. Very flowy!! 100% Polyester, and the lining is 100% Rayon. Excellent preowned condition with no flaws, such as stains, tears, holes, etc. It is smoke-free, clean, and ready to wear!
