fredvickers4 @geogypsy68 It's probably junior sizing but I have inserted a photo and mentions that it has alittle stretch to approx. 18" because chest is gathered.

fredvickers4 @geogypsy68 because the should and neckline e is stretch and can be worn off shoulder it's hard to tell. If u are shorter , this is lobg so may be a bit long for u and wide in shoulder.
