This is a faux suede, black skirt from Revolve. It zips in the bag and sits semi-loose on the thighs (fitted, but not tight). The skirt flares out a bit. Criss-cross X's up the side, with ties on top. The tags are still on, and it's never been worn.

@bullshit1234 If you're wearing the skirt and looking in the mirror straight on, they appear in front but just approaching the side! You can see them, but they're on the edge.
