ByWatters Obsessed dress (RE-SALE)

resale from @carolinep748 bought this dress last week and it unfortunately does not fit me well. i am a pretty petite built with a smaller chest. i think this could work better for someone else! size 00. worn once by the previous owner. NEVER worn by me, so freshly dry cleaned and ready to be worn. previous owner had the bust taken in to fit a 32B/C.
