ByWatters Tart Dress

COMING SOON. Watters / ByWatters / By Watters Mini white dress. I did have it altered (taken in a little, and cups added. The cups can be easily removed). I would say this would fit a street size 4. This listing is “pending” because I’m in the process of getting the dress cleaned. It’s in great condition but there is a little bit of tanning lotion at the base of the sleeves (can’t see it when on), so I will adjust the listing depending on how it looks once it’s cleaned.
