Byer California vintage 70s style button up blouse with scarf/tie around neck comes from around the back funky shirt This has a wide collar with some fabulous 70s styles floral print and some things that look like a cross stitch pattern. Fabric feels like a thin polyester but this is in good used vintage condition with only minor signs of wear 17” across 20-24” at length from top to bottom (longer in the middle) Tagged size large but i would say it fits more like a small This is a vintage large so please double check measurements with a shirt you own.
