It fits small. I'm 5'10" and it's a little too short. It's black and has three ribbons that end in bows. I personally only wore it about 2 times. It came sort of "tired" from storage when I got it. There is a little bit of ripping of the chiffon bottom of it but because there are so many of different lengths too it is hardly noticeable.
