Byerwear Too Little Black Dress tie around neck and waist, flowy and beautiful. Sequin strip around waist under v neck top. Slight high-low, as photographed. Very small hole on back, as photographed. Barely noticeable. The waist tie almost covers it and if you have long hair like I do, it will be covered. Would be asking $15 if no hole so good deal! Everything else on dress is in great condition!
