hi. I am not a seamstress, and with this dress being freshly dry cleaned, I don't want to try it on to get a truer measurement.
also, there is stretch to the stress, so whatever I measure it at when it's flat Will not give a full and accurate measurement of what sizes can fit in the stress.
this is why I shared my measurements.
so with all that, I measured
Chest 35" (flat) to 38”(stretch )
Waist 30”(flat) to 32" (stretch)
