"Byzantine" Belt or Necklace in Brass circa 1970 Brutalist Belt, Middle Eastern

Amazing find! This is a one of a kind artisan brutalist hammered brass belt like nothing in my 45 years of selling quality vintage I have seen! I have feelers out to find out more about this beauty. Too well done and unique not to be a known artist. I am estimating 60s to early 70's . Reminds me of some of my Pal Keypenyes items. This is very unique and love the wide belt since its a wearable work of art it demands to be noticed. I will follow up as I get more info. Adjustable from 26" to 36" with chain and latch.
