C 1850s Dress Restyled C 1905 Old Fabric Roses Print Tartan Weave

I think that this dress was originally from the 1850s due to the fabric style but it was restyled later in the Edwardian era. Probably a circa 1905 to 1910. Please see all photos. It comes with extra scraps that it could be fixed with. I don't think it's falling apart but there's definitely a large vertical tear in the skirt. It's missing some fasteners also. And the Collar area appears to be possibly unfinished. I'm not sure what they were trying to do with that. It looks a little bit odd. Stain on skirt. Measurements are approximate.
