C Est 1946 navy with white polka dots tunic style top or could be worn as short dress. It has short sleeves that have a reverse fabric cuff. Fabric gathers a little on right shoulder and gathers some on right seam line at the bottom. It has a longer gathered section on left side that ties at the bottom. Gently worn. No flaws. Size large.
