C Est. 1946 paisley ruffled sleeve dress 18/20W

This dress by C Est. 1946 has an olive green base with a pink, green and navy paisley print. It has 3/4 to full, depending on arm length 180 degree ruffled sleeves and is fully lined. It measures 42 1/2 inches long, 25 inches from pit to pit and has an elasticized waist that would be adorable with an added belt. The waist measurement is 18 1/2 inches without stretching it out. Lots of stretch in the elastic. Machine washable 100% polyester would pack like a dream.
