C J Banks mint green summer cotton blazer 3/4 sleeve

This unlined 98% cotton blazer with 3/4 sleeves is fitted. There are working front welted pockets. It is labeled size X or Size 14 woman’s. The bottom is finished with waistband stitching. The bust is 21”: length is 24” and sleeve length is 18 1/2”. The volt is strikingly happy.
