C Luce Blue Sequin Cocktail Wrap Halter Dress Med : bust 19", waist 14"( has stretch), hips 18", length waist to hem 23.5" front -25" in back I had this dress altered to fit. Straps shortened but could be let out. The neckline and bust area has rubber facing to help with staying put. The wrap is open but lined. I wore it twice on 2 cruises. That is all. Bought new.
