This is a C Wonder Time to Wine Down French Terry Tunic Size Small. Material is more lightweight than a standard sweatshirt, but heavier than a standard tee shirt. Has some very light pilling from washing, but still looks great! See pictures for measurements. Comes from a smoke free home!
