msdebrbush Good evening, I received the shoes today. Unfortunately, the shoes and both boxes the shoes were packed in had some type of substance that felt like sand when I first picked up the outer box. Once I opened the box, I found this off-white sand like substance on the shoes. I had to spray my house, shower, and sanitize the shoes and the shoe box, throwing the postal box outside. I don't know what this substance is, but I've been itching since I handled the box.

msdebrbush I could only type 500 characters, but I have a question for you. Did you ship the shoes, or did you have someone else ship them? There were 2 different shipping lables on the box. In addition, the shoes nor the box appeared to have this substance in post. I can hardly type this message because my head is itching so bad,which is so unfortunate because I just went to the salon to have my hair done yesterday. I'm going to keep the shoes. However, I do want you to be aware of my bad experience.

msdebrbush I noticed yesterday and again today that what looks like the same shoes I just purchased is still being offered. I'm so confused. Do you have another pair of this same shoe? Why was there a wode of dirty paper towel, and what looked like a dried out cloth inside my box, not to mention, whatever the other grainy substances are?
