C wonder layered sleeveless top size 16

Has almost like a plaid design. Red white and blue. Chiffon lightweight like fabric. Doesn't stretch. Top layer is the red white and blue portion, there is a layer underneath that is a solid blue. There is a run in the fabric towards 1 side of the shirt, see pic. If a jacket or sweater is worn over it, then the run won't be visible. There is a keyhole cutout in back with single button closure.
