This is a lovely piece for twirling around, and for parties and resort wear. See the V-shaped over-layers that float on the breeze. The waistband is 5 inches wide, and is elasticized very loosely. By Cache, it's been in my special garment collection for a few years. SIZE: MEDIUM to LARGE. Waist stretches from 31" to 40", and is best worn snugger than loosely, as it could slip down on a thin person. Longest length of the Vs is 32". (Labeled a Medium.) VERY GOOD condition.
