Excellent pre-loved condition- worn once! Black velvet button down jacket top with ruffled front and crewel detail. Pair with black pants or skirt for a polished, classic look for your formal occasions. Jacket is fully lined with very thin shoulder pads. Boxier cut, slightly tapered at waist. Shorter style, bottom hem sits at hips. Extensive fancy black crewel trim embellishments down front, all the way around the bottom and on the cuffs. Cuffs have slit openings giving the appearance of a slight flare. Hidden placard with satin covered buttons down the front under the ruffles. Top has some stretch to it making it very comfortable to wear. Note: The crewel trim is somewhat “loopy” by nature. Any pulls or loops seen in photos are normal and not from wear damage. There is one spot on right cuff (photo 7) where a small corner of trim has lifted (hard to see). No fading, stains, holes or other flaws detected. This jacket is entirely black in color. Any other colors seen in the photos are from camera glare and sheen of velvet and crewel work. It is very difficult to capture detail on an all black garment without color distortion.
