True Vintage - See measurements, vintage can run smaller California Girl Petrina Aberle Dress, Tagged Size 12 Blue & white with a floral print up top, and a striped skirt. Flat ruffle across the shoulder with stripes. HIdden buttons up top, with collar. Belt, wide in front and skinny at the buckle in back. Mid length sleeves with single button cuff. Poly-cotton blend, washable. Spot on the skirt, see photo. It may or may not come out with treatment. Belt is matching, but seems to be a shade or two off the dress. Probably happened when the dress was washed.
