This blouse is NWOT, but actually there is an attached tag - only it’s not the price tag it’s the envelope with an extra button attached to the care tag. NOTE THE SIZE TAG says “XS”, but the measurements don’t jive with an “XS” instead this blouse measures closer to a larger “S” or “M”. The sleeve detail is a sheer half Bishop Sleeve. The blouse has a lining and a feminine short key hole back with a covered button on top. The fabric is an abstract floral in shades of grey and beige against white. Measurements (approx.)
