It's gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. The fabric is soft and smooth and could easily pass for silk, but there's no label for fabric and care (you'll probably want to take it to the dry cleaners). It has padded shoulders, a shawl collar and lapels all the way to the hemline, and no front closure. The stated size is 10P, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a jacket that they know fits well prior to purchase.
