CAMBIO Hose Stoffhose Rosa Bird Florales pants 31

Cambio Rosa Bird Floral capri with flare leg openings Hummingbird and floral pattern I purchased these in Spain and they did not fit! Bummer for me! The tags are cut out but after searching I was able to find the brand via Google Lens. Measurements ***When measuring the waist laying flat it measures 16" which would be a 32. However I am a 31/32 and they were too tight. Also they rise is a little lower and I have hips. I am going to say they are more of a 30/31. 9.5 " rise 26" inseam 9" leg openings there is a tiny bleach mark on the cuff (see in photo), except no tags. Please reach out with any questions.
