CAMPBELL Black and White Cropped Short Sleeve Blouse Size S/M

This is the softest silky feel blouse. I believe it is from a fashion designer from Columbus as I have another one that is smaller in size but does not have a zipper like this nor the split on the back of collar like this one. I sourced them from a thrift store here in cbus OH. Looks adorable with high waisted black bottoms or pencil skirt. See photographs for measurement and material information.
