EUC C-A-N-D-A by C and A Pink, cream and brown flower paisley print 3/4 sleeve blouse has slight ruching at side hem. Ties at bell sleeves. I really like this company - they are Belgium/German company that makes sustainable clothing by recycling materials and using sustainable cloth. Blouse is light with a crepe feel to it. Button Down front. Pretty 70's print. I bought this in Spain. Not common in U.S. Chest approx 40" approx 38" Waist at start of ruching. No care or size tags M-L
