CANDIES Floral Dress

Cream floral dress with 1-1.5" straps originally purchased from Kohl's. The dress is knee length on someone 5 foot 3 inches. The fabric is the slick, stretchy, almost swimsuit type material, but thick and wrinkle resistant. The darting on the waist has been slightly narrowed from it's original size. The neckline is medium in the front and high in the back. Worn only twice.
