CANDIE’S flared skater style skirt, black with bottom hem white design (Small)

CANDIE’S skater style skirt. This is a never worn, very goid condition skirt. There are no stains, rips or holes (see pic with pen pointing it out). Very tiny loose thread at waistline and a few areas along the waistband which look compressed. This compressed area is from the pressure of the skirt hanger (see red arrow pics). You can only see if you are scrutinizing skirt. This is a flarey/skater style skirt in black with a flirty little white design near the bottom of the skirt. Elastic waist band. Pull on style. 56% rayon, 28% polyester, and 16% nylon. Stored in a closet in a nonsmoking home
