CANT MISS navy halter top

this top is so easy to throw on in the summer! would be so cute with denim jeans or tucked into high rise pants or a skirt. does have a lot of stretch. elastic back. also it is lined in light blue completely around chest but is flipped inward in pictures so you can't tell. *has bra cups inside but looks like holes were cut into the fabric be previous owner so you can remove them.
