New with tags. Pristine. Bought these when I lived in Rio and never wore them. They are really nice denim. A good weight, the perfect length, and well made. If you're not familiar with this brand, Cantão offers a mix of bohemian, eclectic, and feminine styles. It is a mid-range fashion label, similar to Free People. Their factory is in Rio, and that's where these jeans were made. They use Covolan denim, whose dye consumes 40% less water in the dying process and 75% fewer chemical products and they re-use the water used in production. The denim holds the BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) seal, for cotton grown sustainably, with fewer pesticides and in line with fair labor relations and social development. It's a great brand to support.
