leagalvin @millmika3 So funny you say that because we go to Austria every year (German speaking but VERY different dialects, just as you’d have in any language. They sound so sing-songy when they talk! It absolutely sounds happier. Everyone thinks it sounds so harsh, and it CAN, but normal speech is so rhythmic there. Sorry. I’m a dork!!

leagalvin @millmika3 Happy to help! Always amazes me how some sellers won’t help out others. Like why? You aren’t all competing for the same 10 shoppers?! It only helps to share info, tends to repay itself many ways. Had one lady (seller) take advantage of a math error I made on a listing.

leagalvin @millmika3 I completely mispriced a bag $50 too low! It was a typo when I was exhausted, listing late at night. She lowballed me, though she is also a seller here. I countered based on the price listed to honor it. That’s when I saw my mistake. She accepted but I didn’t realize how much money I LOST.

leagalvin @millmika3 I said politely she got “lucky” online. Suddenly 3 people I don’t know, out of blue PM’d me in a bundle, to ask who I sold to, and if was it was “so and so” (there were 2 people they suggested), then I sold to a flipper. These ladies had nothing to gain from telling me. Just FYI because they felt bad. Sure enough I looked at her closet and yep, she had closet full of that brand she bought.

leagalvin @millmika3 so my note in the package I politely said it was my error, but since I honored her offer, maybe she could make small purchase from my closet so at least I’d break even on it. Nope. She flipped it & sold it on e b * y for $426! I sold it for $180!! She came back when I got more. Edited list to no flippers/lowballs. She didn’t come back (plus pricing is right now, no profit margin for her). Ugh!!
