Chico's Traveler cardigan type top - no buttons or other type of closure. It is an open front. It is a very pretty color of turquoise blue. It has a small stand up collar that comes around to the front with pointed hem line in the front. The back is straight across the bottom with gathering at the yoke. There are 3/4 length sleeves.
