Beautiful vintage jewelry set by Carl-Art Hand painted portrait, filigree sterling silver, wonderful clear cz's. Brooch is 1.25" x 1 1/8", can also be worn as a pendant. Earrings are screw on, .75" x 5/8". All in excellent condition, look like they were never worn. Box has discoloration and some separation due to age.
