CAROL FELLEY VNTG “Tinkerbell” like fairy /Sterling Silver Rose Quartz Brooch

One of a kind vintage Brooch by Albuquerque jewelry Artist and Painter CAROL FELLEY. Thus beautiful piece has a large Rose Quartz Cabochon set in Sterling Silver “ribbons and floral” motif with a small “Tinkerbell” like fairy that dangles from the bottom of the brooch in a pose like she’s admiring the small rose quartz bead that dangles below her. Circa 1980’s or possibly earlier as it has her early trademark. In excellent condition.
